Kukua Kweiba Andah

Bio

Kweiba Andah serves as the Project Director of Menfyd Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering young people through education, mentorship and skills development. She holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Essex, UK and currently works as an Audit and Accounting associate in Accra, Ghana.

Kweiba’s avid passion for youth empowerment, enthusiasm for management of social impact projects, leadership of cross-functional teams and delivering results that transform lives have equipped her for this role. Her role involves oversight of the design, implementation, and evaluation of the foundation’s youth development programs aimed at empowering young people through education, life skills, and community engagement.

Outside of work, Kweiba is passionate about travel, volunteer work and prioritizing rest.
