The MENFYD Foundation, in partnership with Kamili Health, toured schools in Accra to educate students on their mental and adolescent health through interactive talks and one-on-one sessions.

MENFYD Foundation paid a courtesy visit to former President John Kofi Agyekum Kufuor to discuss the Five by Five Project.

MENFYD Foundation embarked on a community outreach programme focusing on mental health, substance abuse, and reproductive health awareness for street youth. We encouraged them to make informed choices during the festive season and beyond.

On 14th February 2026, volunteers of the MENFYD Foundation engaged students of the University of Ghana and University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) in a Valentine’s outreach activity by sharing chocolates and promoting healthy living through interactive engagement sessions.

The MENFYD Foundation, in collaboration with the American Medical Women's Association (AMWA), donated reusable sanitary pads to six (6) junior high schools within the Eastern and Greater Accra regions.

The MENFYD Foundation officially launched the Five by Five Book, which features the unadulterated life stories of five high-achieving women from five West African countries. The book launch was followed by a University Roadshow, which engaged about 400 students from five universities and one Senior High School.

MENFYD Foundation engaged female students in Engineering from various universities including Ashesi, UMAT and KNUST. After the empowerment session where the founder engaged the students, the Foundation also donated copies of the Five by Five books to the girls.

The You Can If I Can Initiative is one of the many projects of the MENFYD Foundation. The project resumes again this year, where we collaborated with Hon. Samuel Awuku to impact 300 students in the Eastern Region.

The Story Of Our Lives Project resumes this year in the Eastern and Volta regions where prominent women will share their true life stories to inspire a 1000 Senior High School girls.
